Can I really pay in Ethiopian Birr?+
Yes. Pick ETB at checkout and we'll route you through Chapa — Ethiopia's payment processor — so you pay in the currency you actually earn in. Pick USD and you'll go through Polar (our Merchant of Record), which handles VAT/sales tax for you in every country. Your call, every month.
What does the loop actually do for me?+
Feedloop polls a source you connect (an RSS feed, your Mastodon, your IG, etc.), formats every new item per network — applying hashtags, image overrides, and your message template — then publishes or queues it everywhere you've connected. You set it once. The loop runs forever.
What counts as a 'post'?+
One delivery to one social account = one post. So a single RSS item that fans out to three networks counts as three posts against your monthly cap. Failed retries don't double-count.
Which networks do you actually publish to?+
X / Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Mastodon, Threads, TikTok, and YouTube. Mastodon, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest also work as input sources.
Can I change plans mid-month?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period so you don't lose what you've already paid for.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something isn't working in the first 14 days, email us and we'll refund you, no questions asked.
Is there really a free tier forever?+
Yes. One automation, two social accounts, thirty posts a month — free, no card. We'd rather you outgrow Free than churn from a forced trial.
