Terms of Service

Last updated: May 13, 2026

Welcome to Feedloop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Feedloop, an online service that automates cross-posting of content from a single source to multiple social networks. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Feedloop connects to your sources (RSS feeds, blogs, and social accounts you authorize) and re-publishes new items to other social accounts you authorize, on the schedule and with the formatting rules you configure. Connected platforms include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Mastodon, Pinterest, X (Twitter), Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and others we may add.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your password and authentication credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person, one account. Don't share your login. Don't impersonate anyone.

3. Connecting third-party platforms

To use Feedloop, you'll connect one or more social platforms via OAuth. By doing so, you authorize us to:

  • Read content from the source(s) you designate as inputs.
  • Publish content on your behalf to the destination(s) you designate as outputs.
  • Read public engagement metrics (followers, likes, reblogs) that the platform exposes through its API.

You can disconnect any platform at any time from your dashboard, or from that platform's own account settings. Disconnection stops all further activity on that platform within minutes.

You remain bound by each connected platform's own Terms of Service. Feedloop is not a substitute for, and does not override, those terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Feedloop to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or anything that violates a destination platform's anti-spam rules.
  • Publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Circumvent the technical limits of the Service (rate limits, plan quotas, abuse protections).
  • Reverse-engineer the Service, attempt to extract source code or decryption keys, or interfere with our infrastructure.
  • Resell or repackage the Service as your own without a written partnership agreement with us.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

5. Plans, pricing, and billing

Feedloop offers a free plan and several paid subscription plans, each with quantitative limits (number of automations, connected accounts, posts per month). Current plans and limits are shown on the pricing page.

  • Currency: you can pay in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) via Chapa or in US Dollars (USD) via Polar (acting as our Merchant of Record).
  • Renewal: paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled.
  • Upgrades: take effect immediately and are prorated for the current period.
  • Downgrades: take effect at the end of your current paid period.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the Settings page. You retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
  • Refunds: if you're dissatisfied with your first paid period, email us within 14 days of payment and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failed payments: if a payment fails, we'll mark your subscription as past-due and retry. If it remains unpaid for 14 days, your account drops to the free plan.
  • Taxes: prices shown exclude VAT or local sales taxes unless stated otherwise. You're responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction.
  • Price changes: if we change the price of your plan, we'll notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create through the Service. You grant Feedloop a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, format, and transmit that content to the platforms you designate as outputs, solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You represent that you have all the rights necessary to publish the content you route through Feedloop, including any rights required by the destination platforms.

We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Our intellectual property

The Feedloop software, brand, design, documentation, and content (excluding your content) are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any license to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service.

8. Availability, modifications, and termination

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party platform outages, and other interruptions can occur.
  • We may add, change, or remove features at any time. If we remove a feature that's material to your paid plan, we'll offer a prorated refund.
  • You can terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We'll delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
  • We can terminate your account for material breach of these Terms (especially Section 4) or for non-payment, with notice where practical.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We don't guarantee that your posts will reach any particular audience, generate any particular engagement, or be displayed by the destination platforms in any particular way. Destination platforms can change their APIs, rate limits, and content policies at any time, and those changes can affect what Feedloop is able to do.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Feedloop's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) USD 100.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those places, they apply only to the extent permitted.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Feedloop harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights or applicable law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith discussion shall be submitted to the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and post a notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

14. Miscellaneous

  • Entire agreement: these Terms plus our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Feedloop, superseding any prior agreements.
  • Severability: if any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
  • No waiver: our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: you may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
